TERMS OF SERVICE
These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any order you place through it. By browsing the site or buying from it, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean NovaPlus Labs; "you" means the person using the site or placing the order.
1. WHO MAY BUY
You may place an order only if you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. By ordering you confirm that this is the case, and that the information you give us is accurate and complete.
2. THE PRODUCTS
All products sold on this site are supplied strictly for research purposes and for use by trained professionals. They are not intended for personal, human or therapeutic use unless explicitly stated and used under the supervision of a licensed practitioner.
Nothing on this site is medical advice. Product descriptions, references to research and any information about ingredients are provided for information only. They are not a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, or a claim that a product cures, treats or prevents any condition. Speak to a qualified healthcare practitioner before using any product.
By ordering you confirm that you understand the nature of the products and that you are responsible for using and storing them lawfully and safely.
3. LEGALITY AT THE DESTINATION
Rules on these products differ from country to country. It is your responsibility to check that the products you order may lawfully be imported and held where you live, and to pay any duties or clearance fees. We are not liable for goods seized, refused or destroyed by customs.
4. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a confirmation that the order has been accepted. We may refuse or cancel an order, in whole or in part, including where:
- the product is out of stock
- the price or description was shown incorrectly
- we cannot lawfully ship to your address
- we suspect fraud or an unauthorised payment method
If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund that payment in full.
5. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in euro (EUR) and include any taxes stated at checkout. They do not include import duties or customs charges at the destination. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Payment is taken at the time of order through our payment provider. We do not store your card details.
We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already accepted.
6. SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Both form part of these terms.
7. ACCOUNTS AND MEMBERS-ONLY PRODUCTS
Some products and prices are visible only to registered members. You are responsible for anything done through your account. Tell us immediately at contact@novapluslabs.com if you believe someone else has gained access to it. We may suspend or close an account that is used to break these terms.
8. OUR CONTENT
The text, photographs, logos and design on this site belong to us or to our licensors. You may not copy, republish or use them commercially without our written permission.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit, or for any loss arising from use of a product in a way that is inconsistent with these terms or with the product information.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these terms affects consumer rights that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you.
10. PRIVACY
How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
11. CHANGES
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, and the courts of Zürich have jurisdiction, except where the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
